Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Edi Shimonov (“we,” “our,” “us”) and apply to all clients and website users. By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms outlined below.
- Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings. The remaining balance is due before or on the event date.
- Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, PayPal, cash, cheque, or other approved methods.
- All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If the client cancels the event, the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a future date within 12 months (subject to availability).
- Rescheduling is allowed based on mutual agreement and availability.
- Performance Standards
- We will provide services in a professional manner and work to meet your agreed event specifications.
- Clients must provide necessary access to venues, equipment (if not supplied by us), and any permits or approvals required.
- Use of Media
- We may use photos or video footage from your event for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Clients may share or repost performance media with appropriate credit to “Edi Shimonov Music.”
- Liability
- We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, technical issues, illness).
- Clients agree to assume responsibility for any damage to equipment or property caused by guests during the event.
- Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will apply to all future bookings.
